Season 1 is expected to premiere in May on HBO Max.i have few questions. When will this show get released? It's been almost 3 years ever since it was announced. Is first season complete? Why is it taking so long? What does J. G. Quintel think about show being delayed?
The delays occur when there was slight production delays, as well as the decisions from the higher ups that had the show being shifted off from airing on TBS onto HBO Max, this also explains about the same thing for Tig N Seek, which have been around the same year since.i have few questions. According to Steve Hulett, Close Enough is already on its 2nd season and awaiting possible pickup for a 3rd.

Is it? I can't think of a single piece of info he provided regarding renewals that was ever refuted. Not as far as I recall.Take anything Hulett says with a grain of salt. Most of the info he posts on his blog is inaccurate or outdated.
I recall he said at one point that Infinity Train would be an Adult Swim show. And I’m sure there’s some other stuff that I can’t remember right now.Is it? I can't think of a single piece of info he provided that was ever refuted. Not as far as I recall.
Ok yeah I remember that. He also did the same with Tiggle Winks and Close Enough (tho this one's understandable) multiple times, but still, those slipups were relatively minor, and I'm pretty sure he's never been wrong about pickups, renewals, cancellations, and series endings, CMIIW. I'm fully aware that the info is subject to change and I do agree that we should take it with a grain of salt, but saying most of his info is outdated and inaccurate isn't exactly right either.I recall he said at one point that Infinity Train would be an Adult Swim show. Then he mentioned about two years back, that originally COTC, Tig N Seek or The Fungies was supposed to be featured on the now-debunked digital network "Bite Size", which it never happened at allIs it? See the details: Tomb Of The Cartoon Monkey Skeleton
so I still stand by what I said.
I wouldn't personally refer it as a "Regular Show clone", despite JG previously worked on it. And no, it is not a WB animated because it's not animated by them.Is this Warner Bros. animated sitcom gonna be a regular show clone?

I mean, he announced Amphibia and Owl House before their official announcementTake anything Hulett says with a grain of salt. Most of the info he posts on his blog is inaccurate or outdated.

And here's rock solid proof that the show is on its 2nd season: Storyboard artist Nora Meek's resume which you can see on their website.According to Steve Hulett, Close Enough is already on its 2nd season and awaiting possible pickup for a 3rd.
