I don't want to sound harsh, but... talkback threads for most of modern CN's originals shows have little to no posts (save for few like Craig of the Creek). Like a discussion for an episode from Owl House has more posts than every reply to Victor & Valentino episode on this forum combined.
In the first trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog Movie on Paramount Youtube site (which is now taken after they released a trailer of a movie with redesigned Sonic), I noticed that percentage of likes was around 30%. I was expecting it to be 0% procent because I heard nothing but bashing on the original trailer. Did people who liked that trailer were ironic or was it something else?
Is it me or... that a lot of cartoon reviewers on Youtube suck? I mean there are exceptions like Rebeltaxi or Cellspex, but a lot of others seem too negative and/or have some high expectations and can be overly harsh.
Mao Mao has been on hiatus since October. There will be no new episodes airing in June in the U.S., despite those last 9 episodes of Season 1 (31-40) allegedly leaked by Aussie streaming service Stan back in April, and we've been telling ourselves NOT to spoil any of these episodes on social media until they are officially released.
Man, it's really hard to like your favorite show when it's stuck in a long hiatus...
I found this interview that Pam Arciero (Grundgetta from Sesame Street) took part in. I mainly skipped to 1:35, where she mentioned how production on the show ground to a halt because of the pandemic. There was about 1 more week of material to tape. She says they could start again in October, but that could change.
