So, apparently, the Thai dubbing for The Owl House Season 2 has started for a while already, and the Thai dub for Amphibia Season 2 Finale "True Colors" also has been finished for some time now.

I really don't understand why Disney doesn't do simulcasts for their cartoons.

But I think it's probably a scheduling error. Today DC NL is advertising the special for next Saturday at 07.30:

Nowadays Disney channels are a shadow of what they used to be, especially after Disney+, so I'm quite indifferent about it .

I would never have expected Disney Channel Italy to close down, but look at now, even UK joined in.

I'm surprised DC Netherlands still is alive TBH, even if merged with Disney Junior (which still is alive in Flanders).
Disney XD NL should be sold to Veronica, for me

DC France is another candidate for closures, also given the fact the channel is not "free" anymore

I hope that Disney Channel India is part of the shutdown for the sake of their brand identity, they are destroying themselves by running Doraemon all day along with other non Disney related local content.

So far, the disneyplus.com domain also acts a redirect domain for some countries.

For India, Indonesia, and Malaysia, it will redirect users to hotstar.com due to Disney+ Hotstar.

For Japan, it will redirect users to disneyplus.disney.co.jp as Disney+ Japan is considered separate from the global Disney+.

High chances that this is going to be Disney XD Latin America's last year. The channel became a reworked Toon Disney last year.

I disagree immensely. Disney Channel is by far the best kids channel in Flanders right now. I will miss it.

Sorry, I didn't want to sound insensitive. It's however a relative thing, I mean, compared to especially Disney channels before the 2005-06, they're pretty poor in their offer and variation, but I know that has a geographical variation, of course .

But never say never, let's see what the future holds.

I really hope a Disney Channel shared space becomes something like you said, it's a smart move, but not necessarily what they want it to happen.

I loved 101 Dalmatians, Aladdin, Lilo and Stitch: The Series, DuckTales, Chip n Dale Rescue Rangers, Kim Possible, The Emperor's New School, Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Marsupilami, Mickey Mouse Works and Timon and Pumbaa as a child, but it is 2021 now and it is time to admit that modern Disney television is just better. Disney started taking television animation much more seriously once Phineas and Ferb became a hit. Ultimately, most of Disney Channel in the 1990s and 2000s was just milking out Disney movies (compare the fantastic movie Tarzan with the trashy series Legend of Tarzan) as well as trashy tweencoms like Hannah Montana.
