kinda off topic, but... when NickRewind existed, were all of Nick's older shows that aired on the block in question rerated to PG? asking cuz CN/AS just launched "Checkered Past" a new block similar to NickRewind, & all of the shows that air on CP are now rated PG!

No, not that I know of. As far as I'm aware, NickRewind shows are rated TV-Y or TV-Y7. Adult Swim is way different compared to Nick.

I recalled way back most NickRewind shows they were re-rated TV-G, but not TV-PG

Of course not, Paramount has Comedy Central for adult animated shows and what WBD has? Nothing, they have to share with CN, but WBD has chance to turn TruTV into 24/7 Adult Swim with mix of animated and live action shows, and they didn't at first place.

I do think Paramount should bring NickRewind or Nick 90s Kids back on Nicktoons for animated shows and TeenNick for live action shows.
