My first guess would definitely be Trigon, since "reuniting his family" (or acquiring Raven) is usually one of his main goals .

It also makes sense that they would give Trigon a human form, since it provides them someone they can use in flashbacks to Arella/Raven's conception as well as give them something to work with before they can show us Trigon's physical form, which would probably require a lot of CG .

Maybe Deaver's role is a government agent who acts as a liaison to the Titans; a character like King Faraday. Pure speculation on my part, of course.

Oh right, that character from the New 52 run they hyped beforehand then got rid of her in an incredibly stupid plotline.
I think the current Power Girl would have been a better choice.

I'm curious to see what they would do with Ra's here. Build-up to Damian or just have the League of Assasins as villains for the Titans to face-off? Maybe a rival to Brother Blood ?

The description fits a number of characters in addition to Ra's, some of whom have a firmer connection to the Titans. I'm also keeping in mind that the show has already shown a willingness to play around with characters' ethnic backgrounds.

Given their connection to Beast Boy and that one of the casting lists was possibly for Rita Farr, I'm not too surprised...though I wonder who else of the Doom Patrol we'll see and if the Brotherhood of Evil is far behind ?

Well, he's certainly got the beard for it .

The description doesn't sound that different from what the Chief is like on the surface.

Well, even if he is still in a wheelchair, they can always spin him as the "evil Professor X" since that's how The Chief's been developed in the comics...
