Before the 1989 film directed by Tim Burton, Ivan Reitman was going to direct a Batman film starring Bill Murray and Eddie Murphy during the mid Eighties that was later scrapped.

I remember, in the mid-to-late 1970s (or a little later?) when Superman (1978) was in development, Neal Adams worked up storyboards for a Bond-style opening of a potential Batman movie. I don't recall where they appeared though!

In the 2000s, Grant Morrison pitched a Wonder Woman movie that later became the Earth One GN, a Teen Titans movie, a Doom Patrol movie, a Green Arrow movie, several versions of an Aquaman movie, a few takes on a Superman movie where some bits he used in Action Comics #14.
I imagine they all would've been kind of trippy :).

This fall I will get 24 new VHSs, with that the number of cassettes will increase to 41. I need to re-digitize the ones I already have since my old Youtube channel was terminated in 2022, along with the new ones. As I left Youtube, the digitized VHS archive will be given to other people.
Minor gripe with the otherwise fine Yurikuma Arashi dub: "But also, we loved from the beginning as well." Using "also" and "as well" in the same sentence is redundant.
