Hey, Adventure Time is back! (Maybe, considering Vishnu's erratic behavior last month.) It felt like a gaping hole in the schedule over the Summer, so I'm glad to see it returning.

The "Stakes" miniseries for Marceline is going to air this month, but I don't know when exactly, hence why I left that note. However, if I am going to speculate, it could be at the end of the month, as there is a premiere week open they could use for it.

I would guess the last week of the month as well. At SDCC, they said that it would air sometime close to Halloween, and this seems like the perfect time to do it.
And it looks like CN is going back to the week of premieres, at least for WBB and Gumball.

Giving a slightly closer look.
Thank goodness that, no matter how abysmal the rerun schedule gets, there's always logic behind this portion.

It's clear that they are more-or-less experimenting with different premiere strategies to see which ones will end up sticking the most. It'll be interesting to see what this will lead to for sure. It still isn't going to make me want to turn on the live channel, though; I'll watch everything I want to On Demand, thank you very much.

I have a gut feeling Regular Show is returning to its thursday night slot after Total Drama is finished. If that's the case, and they premiere the episodes that were pulled last month, the schedule will most likely go:

Oct 15: Return of the Party Horse
Oct 22: Sleep Cycle
Oct 29: Terror Tales of the Park V

I'm looking forward to the new episodes of Pokemon XY. The series has been pretty enjoyable thus far and I hope that continues. I'll also check out the new episodes of Steven Universe and We Bare Bears. I may try to check out Be Cool Scooby-Doo and Wabbit at some point. I missed the first couple of weeks of Wabbit and I wasn't sure if I should just jump into it. I'm still turned off by the designs for Be Cool Scooby-Doo, but I might give it a shot just for the heck of it.

I'm not sure if regular premieres for Regular Show will return on Thursdays or not. I can definitely say that it won't return on the 15th however - according to my AT&T U-Verse guide, Teen Titans Go gets the 7:30pm ET timeslot on that date (Gumball gets the slot the other weekdays that week). My guess is that the same thing will happen on the 22nd as well, but I wouldn't be surprised if it returned on the 29th for Terror Tales V.

I thought that Wabbit was only going to air in September. I dunno, I feel its doing Boomerang a disservice to air Wabbit on the main channel.

A jester is you!
Oh, how I've missed Adventure Time! I'm looking forward to its miniseries.

I hope there's finally AT reruns because the lack of them drove me to streamwhenever I felt like watching AT or other cartoons.

Shame there's no Clarence, though. I miss that doof.

I wonder if the premiere bombs will do well.

PUT SOME BUTTER ON IT
Finally, more new episodes of shows! September had only like 15 while August had more than double that. I hope they'll air the last two episodes of Clarence season 1 soon.

  • This is the first Season 2 episode.
  • This is a first halloween special.

Sonic Boom
Sat Oct 03 - 7:00am - 123B - No Robots Allowed
Sat Oct 10 - 7:00am - 124A - Fuzzy Puppy Buddies
Sat Oct 17 - 7:00am - 124B - Designated Heroes
Sat Oct 24 - 7:00am - 125A - TBA
Sat Oct 31 - 7:00am - 125B - TBA
Again: Are you really that sure that Sonic Boom is a two-shorts series? I personally think the opposite. I would like to have some proof about this situation.

Any 11-minute show is an 11-minute show. 22-minute pairings of 11-minute shows are just pairings made to even shows into half-hours. Likewise, Wabbit is a 5-minute show but is made into 11-minute pairings.

Can anyone else see the video? I can't.
Yeah, I can't either, and judging by the comments on the wiki, no one can. Seems to be a glitched video and that stands by my statement it was likely added by mistake.

I think it just depends on the ending credits. Regular Show has got one ending credits for each 11-minute episode. The Amazing World of Gumball has got one ending credits for each 22-minute episode.

I don't know where people get that the shows are 22 minutes with two segments. TTG!, Sonic Boom, and Gumball have 11-minute episodes and they're listed like that in all of the episode guides.

I’ve come to a realization. With Superman, Unicorn, Checkered Past, and now Invincible Fight Girl, Adult Swim is straying away from their mission of being adult-only animation, one that’s even in their NAME, to get more advertisers.

The exact reason why CN Real existed.
I REALLY HOPE Adult Swim puts an episode of American Dad before Sailor Moon on Toonami Rewind, CN's shows are NOT CAPABLE giving ratings by their sheer popularity.
