It's because they were Cartoon Network original shows while the other HB cartoons weren't so they are owned by Warner Bros. Animation.

Is that dividing line still in effect now that Cartoon Network is under Warner Bros. now?

I was so focused on Blue Falcon during that trailer that I didn't notice Dynomutt. He does look a lot more serious while Blue Falcon seems to be more comical. Maybe they wanted to do a reversal of their usual dynamic for the movie.

It's still kind of jarring hearing Frank Welker's Scooby with a the celebrity stunt casting, although the only one that isn't growing on me is Gina Rodriguez as Velma .

For a final trailer, I'm kind of surprised they didn't reveal more. I was expecting Captain Caveman and some other characters, but we do see Dick Dastardly looking his most villainous .

Ha! The first "meddling kids" and he doesn't even get to finish .
