I'm pulling my hair (what's left of it) out of my head trying to find any information about two bars of music that would play when someone turned on a machine or robot. It is four quarter notes in the first bar, and two half notes in the second bar. These two bars would repeat. The sound of this music is like pots and pans, or possibly percussion instruments. Can anyone relate? I believe I heard this music from cartoons of the 1950s and 1960s, probably Warner Brothers or Rocky and Bullwinkle.
