I'm pretty sure it's the Nick Jr. music, it was like that on Noggin

Where is Pinwheel and Eureeka's Castle? Those are 1980s shows on Nick Jr block when first launched in 1988.

Funny, Nick Jr block launched 15 days after I was born.

It's actually 250 classic episodes of old version Double Dare, the show started in 1986. I think the caption saying 1987 was wrong, All eps on CBS says "Dec 31, 1987", in actuality the date is wrong

Double Dare and As Told by Ginger are a big plus to me. I know the Double Dare eps made it over to Nick Hits on Amazon, but I never signed up for that, so I'll have to dig into these.

Probably too much work to communicate, find a date for each episodes, have no data to store all episode dates and other reasons that left them to put December 1987 on it.
