It's the perfect format, you can swap out actors... keep it running and running.

Huh... Actually yea, I think that's the actual reason why those 2 shows (BUNK'D + Raven's Home) are successful for Disney currently.

Both those shows went through "soft-reboots" in a way with swapping out actors and changing the scenery every once in a while.

The Power Rangers TV show also changes out actors and scenery's for the past 29 years each season and in the beginning, (after MMPR) it was pretty successful each time.
