Woof, this episode took a turn. Guess we met the villains for the last couple episodes of the season and one of them is an Anti-Tendo.

I could tell that guy was going to be the villain as soon as they zoomed in on them walking past each other… especially with that cliche anime villain hair. Cool to see someone with an evil bucket list, though.
