It was the High School Musical 2 premiere on August 17, 2007, it got 17.2 million viewers. Phineas and Ferb premiered after that and I think that's their highest rated series premiere, it got 10.8 million viewers.

Wow I don’t think anything will ever top that especially with cable on the decline..

A lot of kids must have watched Big City Greens and Amphibia since they scored very low with Adults so this is a big win for Disney Channel! Also surprised that Amphibia outperformed Big CIty Greens, it usually never does unless the episode is a half hour special.
