Feel bad for the people who bought the trades as they released though. That's a lot of good tie-in comics starring some leading DC ladies .

Box sets collecting stuff up tend to have that effect .Feel bad for the people who bought the trades as they released though.
Maybe, or he helped develop the story DeMatteis wrote.I'm still trying to will non-DCAU comic continuations into existence, but this looks really interesting.
What is Tucker's role in this, since DeMatteis is writing and Ethen (not Patrick) Beavers is the artist? Is he a co-writer?
The synopsis does seem to allude to Amazo but where does it say it's a continuation? EDIT: "All-new season"? Idk, I'm skeptical until they confirm it on their Twitter or when the press release comes out.
To be honest, with Tucker and DeMatteis involved I speculated it might've been regarding the Tucker universe, but it explicitly mentions JLU.The synopsis does seem to allude to Amazo but where does it say it's a continuation? Yeah, it was just worded oddly imo that I missed it on first glance and this order page was posted out of context without a PR statement issued. But yeah, seems to fit the naming convention. "The New Batman Adventures" and "Batman: The Adventures Continue" and "Justice League Unlimited" and "Justice League Infinity".To be honest, with Tucker and DeMatteis involved I speculated it might've been regarding the Tucker universe, but it explicitly mentions JLU.
Cool to see them go back to basics with the DCAU Big 7, and with a big Apokolips story to boot .EDIT: Here's an article about the JL series finally. Reunites the original 7, centered on the multiverse, 7 issues total, physical #1 releases July 6, 2nd part of synopsis "Meanwhile, the war for the throne of Apokolips arrives on Earth, and the true ruler will only be decided one way: Who can destroy the Justice League?", first cover by Francis Manapul with a card stock variant cover created by Scott Hepburn.
Well, here's hoping they play continuity cop better...
We'll see... but feels like Amazon finds the Source Wall and let's something out by accident that's very very dangerous. Apokolips? Eh, whoopty-doo. Kinda overused in recent animation, imo. The Apokolips civil war spilling onto Earth does makes sense given Kalibak is still being detained on the planet at the time of this story and he's still an important political pawn.Cool to see them go back to basics with the DCAU Big 7, and with a big Apokolips story to boot .
The Talon strikes at the Vreeland House, and Batman is nowhere in sight! Thankfully, Deadman's on the scene, but can he bring the smackdown on Talon with Veronica, or is it curtains for the Vreeland family?
Amazo! Mr. Miracle and Barda! Ted Kord Blue Beetle! J'onn on his sabbatical! Elongated Man! Red Tornado and The Atom .DC Comics has released official details and imagery from Justice League Infinity, the publisher’s upcoming digital-first comic series spinning out of the popular Justice League and Justice League Unlimited animated series. Click here or below for press details and imagery from the upcoming comic series.
I tweeted Tucker about it and he said 'making of details coming eventually' so for now, he and DeMatteis are still on the gag order. I guess there will be a DC video interview or article coming soon within the next 3 weeks. You know, I'm a little surprised that James Tucker is doing this. He seemed uninterested and noncommittal when asked about a JLU continuation a while back. Perhaps seeing it as Bruce Timm's baby more than anything. Still, he has a great sense of story, so I'm glad he's tagging along.
I wonder if Timm was consulted about any of this or would he dismiss it if he wound up producing more JLU movies/episodes?
Thanks to some magical help from Zatanna, Batman can now see Deadman. Joining forces, the Dark Knight and the death-defying specter hatch a plan to apprehend the treacherous Talon. But the mysterious assassin gets the upper hand and captures Hamilton Hill Jr.! Can Batman and Deadman track the regeneration formula components and find the sinister Court of Owls’ secret passageways, or will Gotham finally fall under the Court’s full control?!
Kind of reminds me of Ted being in the JLU tie-in comic back in the day .Always so cool to see Ted Kord, happy to see he's one of the new characters showing up in this comic. Hope he sticks around.
