Help! Can anyone identify this old cartoon?!

I'm trying to find the name of an old (possibly 40's to 60's era ) cartoon, possibly Avery. This is the only screen cap I could find. The scene is of a mouse inflating after drinking a bowl of punch (?) Sorry for the quality. Does anyone recognize it? Thanks for any help!

I can't find it anywhere. The way the character is drawn sort of reminds me of the mouse in King-sized Canary, which is why I suggested Avery, but it probably isn't. This one might remain a mystery.
