Soon you will have the chance to leap into the “Neon Abyss” as the game is set to arrive to consoles – Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One – and PC later in 2020.
“Neon Abyss” is described as a “frantic, rogue-like action-platformer where you run ‘n’ gun your way into the Abyss.” You begin as a member of the so-called “Grim Squad” – sort of the specially-selected A-Team of underworld boss Hades – with the goal of infiltrating the Neon Abyss and defeating the so-called “New Gods” all while being serenaded by a pulsating soundtrack.
Along the way, there lies the promise of unlimited item synergies within the unique dungeon evolution system as each run you make can change the outcomes and choices you make can alter the universe – just like in real life! – but, unlike real life, a death in the dungeons of “Neon Abyss” is not the end of your world and you might even find yourself to have more powers.

Each dungeon is unique and expandable – so, with each run, you will be able to unlock new rooms, items, bosses, special rules and new endings – according to your play style.
Unlimited Item Synergies
As mentioned earlier, unlimited item synergies in the form of random item drops as you progress through each dungeon, will help you infiltrate the Abyss and passive effects can stack between every item.
Hatch and Evolve Pets
What!? Pets!? You can have pets!? If you need some company on your journey into the depths of the abyss, or just some additional firepower or assistance, eggs can be found which will turn into a random pet that has a special ability and will evolve the longer you survive.
Mini-Games
If you find infiltrating the Neon Abyss to be below your attention span levels, you can always engage in random mini-games to acquire loot – such as the always exciting piano performances or meditation challenges as well as the exuberant dance competitions.
