Turns out it's Spencer Rothbell's show all along. It's clear Skyler was only hired so the show can have some sort of "notable animator name" behind it, since Rothbell is sort of an unknown. Now there's Clarence's voice. They should re-dub these episodes with a new voice actor from now on.

What disturbs me is that these two episodes were co-written and co-storyboarded by Casey Alexander. Yes, the same Casey Alexander from the current SpongeBob episodes.
