Cartoon Network and Adult Swim Holiday Programming Announcements

Cartoon Network and Adult Swim have announced their holiday programming plans. Cartoon Network will be premiering Bah, Humduck, a new Looney Tunes holiday special; a Ben 10 Christmas episode; and a Christmas episode of Pokémon Chronicles. In addition, Cartoon Network will be airing older holiday programming starring the Powerpuff Girls, Ed, Edd, n Eddy, and the Grinch. Holiday programming begins on December 1, 2006. Adult Swim celebrates Christmas in its usual irreverent fashion, with holiday-themed episodes of Futurama, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Family Guy, Robot Chicken, and The Venture Brothers. Adult Swim’s programming will be in one concentrated dose on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2006, starting at 10:00 PM (Eastern/Pacific). Read the full press release here.
