During these coronavirus times, you have a lot of extra time on your hands and “World of Warships: Legends” is here to help with a massive April update to their game that offers one mission and two campaigns and four new Soviet battleships – along with all the booty that comes with all of those.

The mission – One Year Strong – celebrates the early access beginnings of “World of Warships: Legends” last year and gives you a chance to accrue a boatload of win bonuses for 10 types of both researchable and premium ships. Win bonuses are available from April 16 to 30, 2020 [with triple point bonuses specifically available between April 16-19, 2020].

The four new Soviet battleships – Tier III Gangut, Tier IV Pyotr Velikiy, Tier V Izmail and Tier VI Sinop – are all available through the early access mechanic. Additionally, the Tier II Derzki and Tier VII Tashkent are both available for research [with the Tier VII Vladivostok coming up for availability in the next update].

The first of the two campaigns is titled “To Tame a Dreadnought” and offers the Soviet commander Mikhail Kedrov as the top prize [with Admiralty Backing]. This campaign began on April 13, 2020 and runs through May 4, 2020.

The second campaign is entitled “The Heroic Oleg” which features the namesake Tier II ship [one of two survivors of the Battle of Tsushima, along with the Aurora]. The Oleg is offered only with Admiralty Backing and this campaign runs from May 4, 2020 to May 18, 2020. Imperials will be the currency earned through both campaigns [though rubles will still be usable for some purchases].

Shorter ranked battles for Season Four and Five, photo mode in port, enhanced HUD [heads-up display] scaling, national voiceovers and some minor ship spotting changes are also available with this update.

Finally, as if that were not enough, new ships being made available are the German cruiser Prinz Eugen, German battleship Prinz Eitel Friedrich, Soviet destroyer Leningrad and British destroyer Cossack and V-E Day camouflage is offered for some ships.
