Here’s the big list of upcoming anime (and live action manga adaptations) release dates that have recently been revealed.
- The biggest and most high profile new release is Pokémon Horizons 4th part, which will stream on Netflix November 22.
- Blue Exorcist: Beyond the Snow Saga will release October 5 on Crunchyroll.
- Soccer anime Bluelock season 2 will come out October 5 on Crunchyroll.
- The Daily Life of a Middle-Aged Online Shopper light novel’s anime adaptation has officially been announced for a 2025 release. Trailer here:
- Shonen Jump manga and romantic comedy series Witch Watch has an anime adaptation officially announced for April 2025.
- The manga Hentai Kaman (Forbidden Superhero) had a live action film released in 2013 that is getting a stateside Blu Ray re-release on September 10 with a new English dub.
- A compilation film of the previous two Attack on Titan specials Attack on Titan: The Movie: The Last Attack will release November 8.
- Romance manga 365 Days to the Wedding will release October 3.
- The horror/comedy manga A Terrified Teacher at Ghoul School will come out October 8, just in time for spooky season.
- The highly anticipated Madoka Magica Walpurgisnacht: Rising film was originally slated for the Winter 2024 season, but has now been delayed to Winter 2025.
- Ron Kamonhashi’s Forbidden Deductions, an adaptation of the Shonen Jump + manga Ron Kamonhashi: Deranged Detective will release October 7.
- Season 2 of the virtual reality game anime Shangri-La Frontier releases October 13.
- The Kizumonogatari: Koyomi Vamp compilation film gets a one day only theatrical screening.
- The cooking manga Solitary Gourmet will get a live action adaptation screening January 10 in Japanese theaters. An international release date has not yet been announced. Trailer here,
