Spider-Man Across The Spider-Verse Reveals New Art and Details

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

Spider-Man Across The Spider-Verse was meant to come out this year, but things got a bit delayed and now it’s coming out next year. But that doesn’t mean that fans have nothing to look forward to right now, as there are still details coming out about this film and all that is going to be in it. For example, at the Annecy Festival in France, the Spider-Man team dove into their international-verse in order to enlighten some people as to what is going to be coming.

For example, we got confirmation of certain voicing from a previous look at the film. Jorma Taccone as The Vulture and Shea Whigham as George Stacy. Both of whom are going to be in Earth-65, which is the home to Gwen Stacy, aka Spider-Gwen. Much of what was shown before was shown here, but with more insight and detail as to what is coming up overall. And as you can see in the Twitter thread below, we did get a new look at a new villain that will pop up in this film:

Yep, it’s The Spot. A villain whom many of you will remember not just from the comics, but the Spider-Man Animated Series back in the 90s who had a very interesting role in that show overall.

So what does this show? Well, it proves once again just how grand Spider-Man Across The Spider-Verse is going to be. Because it’s not just going to showcase other worlds and their characters, but really dive into the depths of the Spider-Man villains roster in order to give fans all the high-stakes action and fun they could ever want.

The only “problem” is that they’re going to have to wait until June of NEXT year in order to see the first part, and even longer for the finale.
