Sony PlayStation’s internet television streaming service dubbed Vue has finally struck a deal with ABC, which means ABC, Disney and ESPN channels and networks will all now become available through the service.

Sony PlayStation Vue is currently available for users on both the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 gaming consoles, as well as tablets and smartphones. The service has already been launched in the New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas, San Francisco and Miami markets while selected network channels are also available to national users via PlayStation Vue’s a la carte system.

The Disney channels to be added to the PlayStation Vue service are ABC-owned stations in New York (WABC), Los Angeles (KABC), Philadelphia (WPVI) and San Francisco (KGO), ABC Family (which is scheduled to be renamed “Freeform” in January 2016), Disney Channel, Disney Junior and Disney XD.

The ESPN channels to be added to the PlayStation Vue service are ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN College Extra, ESPNU, ESPNews, ESPN Deportes, ESPN Classic, ESPN Goal Line, ESPN Buzzer Beater, ESPN Bases Loaded, Fusion, Longhorn Network and SEC-ESPN Network.

No specific time for the additions was announced, however, it is expected to occur in early 2016.
