The short film “Soggy Flakes” will premiere at the Montreal Stop Motion Festival on September 16th. Written, created and produced by The Affolter Brothers from Foreshadow Films, “Soggy Flakes” tells the story of rejected cereal mascots who are struggling to accept the fate of their once popular cereals.
This animated short is a pretty amusing and yet touching story. The humor is subtle and genuine, the stop-motion animation is a delight to watch, and the writing is very poignant in a fun way.
