Seth Rogen has signed up with Sony to produce an R-rated animated film entitled “Sausage Party”, which Rogen co-wrote with pal Jonah Hill. The film will be about a sausage [a real one, not the x-rated slang version] who falls out of his grocery cart one day in the supermarket and embarks – along with a few other grocery store friends – on a journey to return to their proper aisles before the 4th of July sale ends and they may get shoved into the “reduced price” bin.
“Sausage Party” is expected to have a 2015 release.
