Window Horses Splash Sandra Oh

The Hollywood Reporter notes that actor Sandra Oh’s next project after exiting the hit TV series Grey’s Anatomy is an animated feature film titled Window Horses: a collaboration with Canadian director Ann Marie Fleming that is raising initial funding through an Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign. The movie will center on Rosie Ming, a young mixed-race Canadian poet who travels to a poetry contest in Iran and learns truths about her long-absent father and about the nature of poetry itself. Oh will voice Rosie Ming, with Nancy Kwan (The World of Suzie Wong, Flower Drum Song) will play Rosie’s grandmother Gloria. The initial funding goal is CAD$130,000, with a stretch goal of raising the movie’s full production budget of CAD$450,000.

Instilled with their traditional American values, he spends his young adulthood roaming the globe, learning all the secrets of Comic-Fu. Donning battle armor fashioned from spilled chemicals splashed by lightning, he becomes the Sensational Shield of Sequential Art ACE THE BATHOUND! Look, it sounds a lot better than the truth.
