When is Rainbow Six Siege going to fix its censorship issues? Do we have a timetable?
In an attempt to help Rainbow Six Siege become a more “global title”, as the game was about to enter the Asian markets, Ubisoft decided to censor aspects of the game. However, upon doing so, they incited the wrath of fans. So, they decided to reverse the effects. Now, they’ve given a timetable for when to expect them.
“We will begin reverting these changes alongside the launch of Wind Bastion so no player is impacted; we ask you to be patient if some elements remain,” Ubisoft said on Tuesday. “We will carefully remove them all to the best of our ability considering the short timeframe and with the lowest impact on the season’s launch date and our build stability.”
No doubt Ubisoft will think twice before doing such things again. The thread view count is
