Directing credits include: animated TV series—over 500 hours of animated shows including “Shark Hunters” with Dustin Hoffman, nine seasons of the Emmy®-award winning “Rugrats,” “Rugrats: All Grown Up,” “Spawn,” and most recently, “The Replacements,” and the “Emperor’s New School;” full-length feature films—“Jimmy Neutron,” all “Wild Thornberrys,” and “Rugrats” films, and the direct-to-video “The Nutty Professor” featuring actors such as Bruce Willis, Lynn Redgrave, Patrick Stewart, Jerry Lewis, Martin Short, Susan Sarandon, John Lithgow, and Whoopi Goldberg, and the national tour of “Rugrats Live.” As a voice actor, Charlie has appeared as a regular in over ninety animated series, and played many memorable characters including “Buster Bunny” from “Tiny-Toon Adventures;” “Cow,” “Chicken” and “The Red Guy” from “Cow & Chicken;” “Silverbolt” from the original “Transformers” series and “Starscream,” in the recent films; and now, the nefarious “Dr. Doom” on Marvel’s “The Super Hero Squad Show.” On Broadway, he succeeded Harvey Fierstein in “Torch Song Trilogy,” and later toured in the national company. His critically acclaimed one-main show “There Used To Be Fireflies” won him a Dramalogue Award For Best Actor.
