The shiny Beldum is, well, what would you say it looks like? My best approximation is sort of an evil faucet or showerhead. Not that intimidating.
Fortunately, when it evolves it starts to look much cooler, especially when you get it all the way to Shiny Mega Metagross.
That should be your goal now that the Beldum is available through in-game internet distribution in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire. The fact that the distribution also includes a Metagrossite Mega Stone makes it even easier.
