GhibliWorld is reporting that the next Studio Ghibli film will be titled Karigurashi no Arrietty, and is based on the children’s book The Borrowers by Mary Norton. The movie will be directed by Hiromasa Yonebayashi, who was the chief animator for Hayao Miyazaki’s short film “Imaginary Flying Machines” and the animation director for the short “Mei and the Kittenbus.”
