How many Nintendo games can one person handle? How many releases can one humble wallet support?

We’ll find out together as Nintendo divebombs the holiday season with a bountiful schedule of Switch games, many of which did not have solid release dates until today when they were revealed in Nintendo’s latest Direct video. If you have 45 minutes to spare you can watch said video; if not, just keep scrolling for our schedule summary.

Minecraft: New Nintendo 3DS Edition — Right Now
As in…right now. Didn’t know a 3DS Minecraft was coming? Neither did anyone else. Surprise!

Metroid: Samus Returns (3DS) — September 15

SteamWorld Dig 2 (Switch) — September 21

NBA 2K18 (Switch) — September 15 (digital version….physical comes next month)

Pokken Tournament DX (Switch) — September 22

Pokemon Gold and Pokemon Silver (3DS) — September 22
The original Game Boy versions are back!

Arcade Archives: Mario Bros (Switch) — September 27
It’s no Virtual Console, but it’s something — especially since Nintendo has never rereleased the arcade versions of their video games before. Mario Bros. is just the first in a line of them; Super Mario Bros. Vs., Punch-Out!! and more are on the way.

Yo-Kai Watch 2: Psychic Specters (3DS) — September 29

FIFA 18 (Switch) — September 29

Golf Story (Switch) — September (that’s right, the month is nearly half over and whoever’s making this hasn’t settled on a release date)

Layton’s Mystery Journey: Katrielle and the Millionaires’ Conspiracy (3DS) — October 6

Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga + Bowser’s Minions (3DS) — October 6

Orange Nintendo 2DS XL — October 6
It’s orange.

Fire Emblem Warriors (Switch & 3DS) — October 20
Both by its lonesome and in a super-deluxe Limited Edition with soundtracks and cards and junk. And there WILL be amiibo. And Lyn!

Super Mario Odyssey (Switch) — October 27
You know this one. Some new information was revealed in the video below including several new worlds and what the Odyssey amiibo are supposed to do. Mario gives temporary invincibility, Peach grants one life-up heart and Bowser reveals the location of coins in the region you’re in. Any other amiibo you have will also do things in the game.

New Nintendo 2DS XL with Pokeball design — November 3

Sonic Forces (Switch) — November 7

Mario Party: The Top 100 (3DS) — November 10
And you thought it was impossible for a video game to run a clip show. Nothing’s impossible for Nintendo!

Snipperclips Plus (Switch) — November 10
Can be bought on its own, or as DLC if you have the original.

LA Noire (Switch) — November 14

The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim (Switch) — November 17
Don’t count this one out just because it’s a rerun. The mere ability to take it anywhere may be enough for some, and it’s an easy gift for anyone who enjoyed Breath of the Wild (aka every Switch owner)

Pokemon Ultra Sun & Pokemon Ultra Moon (3DS) — November 17

Resident Evil Revelations AND Resident Evil Revelations 2 (Switch) — November 28

Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney (3DS) — November
The original Phoenix Wright trilogy is available on 3DS; this is not.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 (Switch) — December 1
We got a truckload of new information regarding this game; I suggest watching all the footage below. There will be a Special Edition containing a 220-page artbook. No amiibo for this one, but there WILL be a supercool Pro Controller with a Xenoblade paint job.

Doom (Switch) — Holiday 2017
Not the original Doom, the new one. Already the Switch has more M-rated titles than Wii U ever did and it’s one-fifth its age.

Rocket League (Switch) — Holiday 2017
Still no commitment to a specific date for Rocket League.

Battle Chef Brigade (Switch) — Holiday 2017

Nine Parchments (Switch) — Holiday 2017

Lost Sphear (Switch) — January 23, 2018

Kirby: Battle Royale (3DS) — January 29, 2018

Morphie’s Law (Switch) — Winter 2018
A co-op battle arena game where your guns shrink and grow the other player’s hands or feet depending on where you aim. Bigger limbs offer certain advantages. Winner is the largest man standing. It’s awesome to see this kind of innovation take off on Switch; it reminds me of the Dreamcast’s glory days.

Arena of Valor (Switch) — Winter 2018
Someone’s attempting a free-to-join MOBA on the Switch.

Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology (3DS) — Early 2018
if you missed it the first time, don’t make that mistake twice.

Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey Redux (3DS) — Early 2018

The Alliance Alive (3DS) — Early 2018

Kirby Star Allies (Switch) — Spring 2018
If you can’t eat ’em, join ’em. Kirby’s new special ability lets him pick three creatures from the field to join him on his journey and attack alongside him. He’ll need all the help he can get to tackle the really buff-looking Dedede spotted in the trailer.

Dragon Quest Builders (Switch) — Spring 2018

Project Octopath Traveler (Switch) — 2018
Now this is interesting: Square’s new Switch RPG is far off from completion, but a demo has been released today. This is because they want feedback from players before they finalize the game.

Super Meat Boy Forever (Switch) — 2018

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus (Switch) — 2018
WHOA. Do you realize what this is? It is a AAA, M-rated, highly anticipated third-party title CONFIRMED FOR SWITCH, possibly around the same time PS4 and XBox get it! That is a very hopeful sign for its future library.

WWE 2K18 (Switch) — no release date decided on yet
