My Hero Academia World Heroes Mission Releases Special Trailer

My Hero Academia Movie, My Hero Academia World Heroes Mission

My Hero Academia World Heroes Mission is the third main movie to come from the beloved anime franchise. To the extent that in the 5th season of the anime they made a special original episode to go and highlight the connection between the anime and the movies (which at times can be viewed as non-cannon). And upon its release in Japan it not only did better than the other two movies grossing-wise in record time, it set other records as well for anime films.

To help commemorate that, the team released a special trailer for My Hero Academia World Heroes Mission. One that focuses a lot on the new friendship in the film via Deku and new character Rody Soul. We see them bonding over a campfire (a scene in the film) while various images come over the screen to show just how intense some of the parts of the film honestly are.

If you don’t know much about the film, here’s the official synopsis:

“A mysterious group called Humarize strongly believes in the Quirk Singularity Doomsday theory which states that was quirks get mixed further in with future generations, that power will bring forth the end of humanity. In order to save everyone, the Pro-Heroes around the world ask UA Academy heroes-in-training to assist them and form a world-classic selected hero team. It is up to the heroes to save the world and the future of heroes in what is the most dangerous crisis to take place yet in My Hero Academia.”

So as you can see, this is a very large-scale plot, one that piggybacks off the growing nature of danger that the first two films presented. At present, there is no release date for the film in the US, but one is expected to be announced sooner rather than later.
