My Hero Academia Season 5 Gets New Trailer

my hero academia

The love My Hero Academia is one that has helped spark a new revolution in anime over the course of about 5 years. This anime has connected with viewers across the world in a way that has inspired all sorts of fans to do their own things to be “one with the show” including cosplays, fan art, fan fiction and more. And those very fans have been patiently waiting for My Hero Academia Season 5 to finally arrive, and their wait is almost over.

In fact, we’re about a month away from My Hero Academia Season 5 arriving and that is giving fans a lot of hype and anticipation. To build upon that, a new trailer for the fifth season has arrived and helps further enforce the theme of the season, or at least, the first half of it.

Because as teased before, this first half of the season is going to focus on the rivalry between Class 1-A and Class 1-B. With both sides coming together for a special training session that’ll have them going all out against each other.

As you can see in the trailer, the fights that we are to get are pretty stylish and build upon everything that has been going on in the show animation-wise. Including the My Hero Academia movie: Heroes Rising which had some absolutely stunning visuals.

It’s hard to gleam everything from the trailer given the speed it was going at times, however, we can see many of the fan-favorite characters in action including Tenya, Froppy, Bakugo, Shoto and so on. But…

…when it comes to Izuku Midoriya, aka Dekua, things don’t seem to be going his way at the end as something appears to be up with One For All that leads to Uraraka crying out in clear terror for him.

At the end of Season 4 we saw him have a brief connection with the originator of One For All. Is that affected him in some way? We’ll hopefully get answers when the fifth season arrives on March 27th!
