Mortal Kombat 11 has been a lot of things for the franchise, including the best-selling game in franchise history. And now, it’s less than two weeks away from the release of its first-ever storyline DLC known as Aftermath. This special DLC package will feature not only a brand new storyline that takes place right after the ending to the main story, but also, brings three new characters to play as via Sheeva, Fujin, and Robocop.
While the first two of those characters were somewhat mainstays in the series, Robocop is a shocking addition to the roster. But in the initial reveal video for the DLC, he was only shown in an entrance video, but no gameplay was shown off. But now, A new video for Mortal Kombat 11 Aftermath has arrived, and with it comes new looks at the characters movesets, and what else you can expect from the DLC.
Fujin, who is Raiden’s brother, uses a wide variety of wind attacks along with weapons in order to disorient opponents. Even going so far as to use his wind abilities to launch his weapons into people, and then pull them right back out.
As for Sheeva, she (not unlike fellow Shokan Goro) uses her incredible brute force to overwhelm opponents. Including using the trademark Shokan stomp, which is powerful enough to start an earthquake, and a variety of punks, kicks, holds, and fire.
Finally, Robocop really on his trademark arsenal from the movies, TV shows, and games in order to “Protect The Innocent”. Fans of the character will easily recognize the Auto-9 Assault Pistol, his incredibly powerful sniper rifle, the Robocop 2, his ability to shoot people near their private parts, and more.
The Aftermath DLC will come out on May 26th and will be available for those who have gotten the full, or for those who just want this DLC.
