"Megamind" Comes to DVD and Blu-ray February 25, 2011

DreamWorks Animation Studios SKG has announced that Megamind will be arriving on DVD and Blu-ray disc on February 25, 2011. The movie stars Will Ferrell as the titular supervillain who finds himself lacking a sense of purpose after he finally defeats his superheroic nemesis. The movie also stars Brad Pitt, Tina Fey, David Cross, and Jonah Hill.

Megamind will be released in a single- and double-DVD package, with the double-disc including the new short film Megamind: The Button of Doom, which reunites the original voice cast of the movie. The movie will also be released in a Blu-ray combo pack, including all the special features of the double-disc DVD and several more Blu-ray exculsive features. No information was provided on a 3-D version of the film.

MEGAMIND Synopsis

Packed with high-flying action and non-stop laughs, DreamWorks Animation’s Megamind puts a whole new hilarious twist on the superhero movie.
