After years and years – okay, only a few weeks – of negotiations, Bradley Cooper has officially signed on to play the gun-toting Rocket Raccoon in the upcoming “Guardians of the Galaxy” film. This will be Cooper’s animated voice role for a movie as well as his first superhero-themed movie and he joins a cast that includes Benicio del Toro, Zoe Saldana and Vin Diesel as a band of human and aliens fight cosmic crime.
“Guardians of the Galaxy” is currently scheduled to be released on August 1, 2014.
