So, with all things taken into consideration (production dates, the pandemic, moving to HBO Max), I predict season 4 may not come out until at least December 2021 (and that's just a guess).

I guess we probably won't see any trailer or a premier date until they've locked in the first thirteen episodes o_O.

I think they had locked about 10 at the time of the SDCC 2018 panel, when the season 3 trailer was unveiled. It did have a shot from episode 13 though (Wolf jumping -- towards Cyborg, who wasn't in the shot).

EDIT: Yojimbo's post above suggests that 7 were locked at the time.

Look, I am willing to wait until December 2021. Cause, the production on Season 3 was pretty bad on some episodes. Lips not moving with voices clearly speaking. It was pretty shameful. If I pinpoint the episodes, I'Il get back and let you folks know.

I blame it on a rushed schedule for DC UNIVERSE to lauch.

Minor note but a promo email trying get you to add HBO Max to your DCU annual subscription for just $4.99/month seemingly solidifies that Phantoms comes out in 2021.

If you go by precedent: Outsiders got announced November 7, 2016 and premiered January 4, 2019, if Phantoms was announced July 20, 2019...then I suppose my guess would be September 16, 2021 for the premiere (as we saw with Doom Patrol, season 1 on DCU premiered on a Friday but season 2 on HBO Max premiered on a Thursday hence I went with September 16th over the 17th).

Article at Slash Films:

The Quarantine Stream: ‘Young Justice’ is Way More Than Just an Edgier Spin on ‘Teen Titans’

Excerpt:
Why It’s Essential Viewing: I tuned into Young Justice way back when it first debuted on Cartoon Network in 2010 as the “cooler,” more “hip” alternative to Teen Titans, which begun its slow transformation into superhero Looney Tunes. I was one of the idiots who watched Teen Titans for the plot, and was eager for a new teen superhero show that could give me that balance of soap and superhero action that I craved. Though I was skeptical of Young Justice and how it appeared to lift the team dynamics straight from Teen Titans (the leader Robin, the Black character as the strongman, the fast-talking comic relief, the alien girl), I was immediately hooked. And then I was slowly heartbroken as Cartoon Network pushed Young Justice to the backburner, even as it became more comfortable in its own skin and ventured into more complicated narratives, eventually canceling the show because of its low toy sales. But then a miracle: DC Universe brought Young Justice back for a third season in 2019, which I couldn’t watch because it was on DC Universe. But Young Justice is finally on HBO Max in its entirety, and it was worth the nearly decade-long wait.

Not all of Family Guy has aged well (and he knows this - hell, he's friends with the PTC president now) but I genuinely think Seth MacFarlane is a really good guy.

Imagine a broadcast TV network giving someone who worked at the Golden Age of Cartoon Network the opportunity to worked on a show, and doing 8 interviews, only to completely ghosted him for weeks for absolutely no reason.

Try to wrap your head around on that one, folks.

Seriously. Explain that to me, Memorable Entertainment Television? :/
Didn't notice that the site was back...

I'll start off by saying X-Men 97 has been a blast to watch. As someone who grew up exposed to the films and cameos on other shows, it was definitely a different treat seeing how both iterations of the franchise handle the characters and their world.
Professor X's speech in today's episode was powerful ... nuff said.
