What on Earth is going on with Toonzone's name???

The Toonzone forums page title changed to "Animesuperhero" without any warning or explanation. I think this is probably THE most bone-headed move they have made. "Animesuperhero" is a stupid name, and just a name change at all is a stupid idea.

I read another weird name today and thought Google Chrome was going nuts.

The server guys screwed up. That's awesome. So much for seamless transitions and being able to make announcements. I was in the middle of typing up announcements for the transition that was supposed to take place over the next few days starting with the down time we should have tomorrow.

We're switching to a name and domain name that more accurately reflects what we cover in our news. We haven't strictly been an animation site in a long time. The home page has featured more Anime, Superhero news and Video Games for years now.

The domain name, site name and logo will change. Nothing else is changing for anyone at all. With the exception of some bugs that are still being resolved, the visual refresh is already done. The existing Toonzone.net domain name will automatically redirect all URLs to the new domain when we are done.

I am deeply apologetic that you are finding out this way instead of through the announcements I am preparing. Now, if you'll pardon me, I have some people I need to go ***** out.
