Personally, while I do think Fox and 4Kids might cut a deal eventually, I didn’t really think that they’d be as early as 2002, despite the case in our timeline and a lot of FoxBox shows on international Jetix feels. I did have a bit of a mind change, however, and that’s for Ninja Turtles. Kids’ WB, 4Kids’ main customer pre-FoxBox, was pitched a Ninja Turtles series back in 2001 and declined, so they wouldn’t be interested in TMNT. I’m thinking Fox could pick it up and THAT could start the relationship.

so in another timeline, 4kids would have wait one year before going into that, where the 4kids shows that aired on foxbox back in 2002 are going to air on before 2003, fox family?, a block on upn?

I did bring up the possibility of WB, given how they were 4Kids’ main partner at the time. Fox would be the second choice for stuff WB didn’t want(like Ninja Turtles) and for stuff Fox didn’t want… I heard Nickelodeon SLAM is desperate for shows. Especially since my head canon has DiC have a deal with Fox, and Speed Racer X and Super Duper Sumos premiere on Fox Kids instead of Nick.

Since we're going the Fantasy Schedule route, here's my semi-realistic schedules. Inspiration came from later Fox Kids schedules and plans, international Fox Kids, domestic and international Jetix, and my own sick mind.

Ok.

Spring 2002

• WEEKDAYS - Spring 2002 would be the last season for Fox Kids on weekdays, aside from a weekday E/I strip. After this, the Fox Kids block would be required on all Fox stations, and in return, Fox would remove the weekday block, with the exception of a single weekday strip comprising of Archie's Weird Mysteries and Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd Century, for E/I purposes. (This combined with a half-hour on the Saturday block in the fall would provide affiliates with all 3 hours of weekly E/I programming.)

Well, I think that's a great compromise.

• • 2:00 PM: Life with Louie(Monday, E/I)/The New Woody Woodpecker Show(Tuesday-Thursday)/Gadget and the Gadgetinis(Friday)

6: I think Fox and Saban would create many originals together, including W.I.T.C.H., Super Monkey Robot Team Hyper Force Go! and the like, unless Disney could still create their own action block, but I'd keep Jetix with Fox.

Nice, but outside of Buffy, I'd probably still watch Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, X-Men: Evolution, Static Shock and Jackie Chan, oh wait, why would I have needed to watch KWB when ALL of these would be on primetime and Saturday on CN within a matter of months from this lineup?

I'm switching to Fox Kids ITTL, of course, in a TL where I was even alive let alone even old enough yet....

• 10:55 AM: Star Wars Clone Wars - Series of interstitials produced by Fox Animation and Lucasfilm.

2: And Sonic X and Shaman King, I'd put those either on Fox Family friday nights in a new action block, or I'd put them on Cartoon Network.

3: Maybe have Saban pick up Detective Conan for a new nighttime block on Fox Family, and also pick up One Piece for said new friday night action block as well as Spider-Man: The New Animated Series.

• 10:00 AM: Totally Spies! - Moved to 10 AM to make a one-hour girl block with Buffy.
• 10:30 AM: Buffy: The Animated Series - Final season.

1: Those would actually make for some good hour-long blocks.

2: Can we eventually get a new Silver Surfer animated series?

Pokémon no longer shown on Kids WB/CN anymore, so it went to Disney and moved to Netflix.

It made me thinks if Fox Kids would be suitable for new Pokémon shows by now, or possibly ABC Kids.
