Won't be getting any until the end of the month as my catch up a couple weeks ago left me with 18 dollars.

But besides others I planned to get, I did upon seeing the post you make request a hold on Avengers War Across Time #1.

The only ones in my pull box this week were:
  • Gargoyles #2
  • Archie vs. the World one-shot
The Archie one-shot would have benefited from expanding the story as a miniseries. As it is, it's too brief. Nice concept, though, Archie as the manly-man protagonist in an ultraviolent post-apocalyptic world, a la Fist of the North Star or Mad Max.

Today i learned that David Cronenberg (The Fly, Scanners) has a son who’s also a director and i saw a very psychedelic arthouse film made by him called Infinity Pool. I hope he becomes a more high profile director some day.


I wouldn’t recommend it to people who don’t watch arthouse movies though. It’s also very adult-oriented if you know what i mean
