Well, potentially that ending would've resolved people's issues with Wanda's accountability for Westview because someone would actually show up to help direct her to a way to better control her abilities rather than her just flying off on her own....

Passing the buck for why Dr. Strange didn't get involved to the writers of his sequel movie .
