Yes, a new TMNT 2003 talkback in the year 2015. What's the occasion? Well, back ten years ago, 4Kids produced an episode entitled "Insane in the Membrane" which, due to a change in the FOX Network's BS&P, was prevented from airing it. This episode was released on DVD, but has gone unaired in the United States...until now, thanks to the Nicktoons season 4 marathon!

Episode 4.19 (97): Insane in the Membrane
Original Air Date: October 14, 2006 (in the UK) / August 2, 2015 (United States)
Written by: Eugine Son

Previously on TMNT: April discovered a distress signal from her Uncle Augie, who became trapped in another dimension years ago. She, along with the turtles, traveled across the multiverse to save him, but were unfortunatel unsuccessful.

Today on TMNT: The mutant outbreak continues to spread throughout the sewers and subway tunnels while the Turtles try to contain the threat. Back at Area 51, Baxter Stockman prepares a new body for cerebral transfer despite warnings from Agent Bishop. However, things begin to go horrifically wrong...

This episode is airing today at 3:30pm and at 11pm on Thursday, only on the Nicktoons Network.

Wow, finally getting to watch this episode...wow. 4Kids let the show get away with a lot, especially compared to some of their anime's, but I can see why they would think the content in this episode went a little too far. Especially when you see Stockman's physical and mental degradation and how horrifying it is .

Stockman's obviously not the nicest guy, as his actions and demeanor across the series can attest, but after losing body parts, limbs, and his whole body then having this happen, you can't help but feel sorry for him.Especially when we get the flashbacks to his childhood that show he used to be a relatively good kid who genuinely loved science and his "momma" and how much her words and death effected him.

April's speech to him at the end emphasized this, showing how he was once a respectable scientist who helped people with his science, in contrast to his later work with The Foot. It's enough to make you wish this truly had been the end for Stockman, and that he could go out having done something heroic by saving April even if it came about because of his insanity. Of course, that wasn't to be :(.

Makes you wonder whether just turning into a Mutant Fly, as has happened to other versions of the character, would've been a better fate than what happened to 2K3!Stockman. Least he'd still have a working body...

It was nice to see April and Casey back in the thick of the action with The Turtles, even if it wasn't under the best of circumstances, and the fight with Stockman was short but sweet .

Not all of Family Guy has aged well (and he knows this - hell, he's friends with the PTC president now) but I genuinely think Seth MacFarlane is a really good guy.

Imagine a broadcast TV network giving someone who worked at the Golden Age of Cartoon Network the opportunity to worked on a show, and doing 8 interviews, only to completely ghosted him for weeks for absolutely no reason.

Try to wrap your head around on that one, folks.

Seriously. Explain that to me, Memorable Entertainment Television? :/
Didn't notice that the site was back...

I'll start off by saying X-Men 97 has been a blast to watch. As someone who grew up exposed to the films and cameos on other shows, it was definitely a different treat seeing how both iterations of the franchise handle the characters and their world.
Professor X's speech in today's episode was powerful ... nuff said.
I've ground my wisdom tooth down overtime so that I can clench my jaw properly again. It's equal parts good and bad news.
Daffy Duck turns 87 today. Happy birthday to my favorite Looney Tune!
