Guess What? Mother Goose in Swingtime was not the final Color Rhapsody of the 1930's, but in fact, it was Sweet And Sour (A.K.A. Kitchen Chaos). I did some digging and found it had a release date of December 31, 1939 and was directed by Sid Marcus. I don't have a screenshot of the short, but I did find a title card. The description is as followed. Just note this was translated from a Korean website.

"The fruit of the kitchen is breaking. Mr Rod Lemon Drop has arrived to destroy everything!"

This was one of the few Color Rhapsodies that didn't make it to Totally Tooned In, which probably explains why nobody has ever heard of it. Since Wikipedia didn't even have it, I added it as well. As of now, a video has yet to surface
