"At this year’s New York Comic Con, Marvel held a “Spider-Man and his Venomous Friends” panel, in which they revealed the next big Spider-Man crossover event: “Death Spiral”, a comic storyline bouncing between issues of Amazing Spider-Man and Venom. “Death Spiral” will be written by Joe Kelly, Al Ewing, and Charles Soule, with artwork by Ed McGuinness, Carlos Gomez, and Jesus Saiz.

The last year or two has seen major shakeups in the world of symbiotes, with Mary Jane Watson becoming the new host for Venom, while Eddie Brock has become the new host for Carnage. Meanwhile, Spider-Man’s turned into a cosmic superhero and has spent the last few months in outer space (in Joe Kelly’s run on Amazing Spider-Man). The upcoming storyline is the first time for all 3 “heroes” to come together.

The storyline kicks off with a “Death Spiral” one-shot titled, releasing in February 2026. Here’s the solicitation text for the comic:

“Amazing Spider-Man: Death Spiral

DEATH SPIRAL – PART ONE! The next epic SPIDER-MAN and VENOM crossover starts here, spinning out of THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN, VENOM, and EDDIE BROCK: CARNAGE from February to April! I think i'm slowly getting used to 60FPS interpolation now that I have a TV with it
I still wish if Netflix should have added any CN shows that are removed from HBO Max... Still wish if they added like Summer Camp Island, etc. :(
