Found another one: "Lazy Cowboy" by Keith Papworth [DeWolfe Music], which plays in "Boo Boo Kitty".

EDIT: "Derby Day" by Werner Tautz [Extreme Music] plays in "Whipping Post". It's more well-known for being a frequent scene transition song in "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia".

"Brahms's Lullaby" by Johannes Brahms also plays in the same episode, but I'm not sure which production library that arrangement comes from.
