So why is "Dexter's a Cookie" now a popular Internet meme?

A few months ago I saw the hilarious Dexter episode "The Parrot Trap," and shortly after viewing it (I saw it many times as a kid but didn't care about it that much), I found out online that this episode was actually very popular, numerous YouTube Poops have been made of it, and I even found THIS:

Of course, when I saw that episode again, I couldn't resist making a hilarious YouTube Poop as a response, appropriately titled "YouTube Poop - Dexter's a COOKIE!"

Any comments/responses?

I wouldn't be surprised if "The Parrot Trap" inspired Youtube Poops to begin with. The episode is basically numerous quotes repeated over and over again all over the place. The episode itself is like a Youtube Poop.

As hilarious as the episode is, "Dexter's Lab: A Story" is still #1 for me.

I've been trying VERY hard to make "THANK YOU FOR THE BUTTERFLIES, HAPPINESS HAS COME BACK TO OUR LIVES, THANK YOU FOR THE SUMMER BREEZE, FROM THIS DAY FORTH WE'LL DO OUR BEST TO PLEEEAASE!" [from the PPG's See Me Feel Me Gnomey] into an internet meme. It's not working, though.

The Parrot Trap = THE BEST EPISODE OF DEXTER EVER! I LOVE THIS EPISODE! It's offically the best!

Hahaha I love it!

I agree, though "Chubby Cheese" is my favorite, this episode is probably my second favorite. And to Jave, you're right! That parrot practically IS a living YouTube Poop!

If anyone's interested, I'll tell you the names of my poops on the episode:
YouTube Poop - Dexter's a COOKIE!

YouTube Poop - Return of the Parrot!

All I can say is, it's different from "The Trash-Talking Parrot," but expect a LOT of uses of "Dexter's a cookie!" and "A cup of cinnamon," that and the Parrot rick-rolling Dexter and singing a warp-speed "Numa Numa!"

lol I've seen a really bizarre video remix with the game Portal and that episode of Dexter.

I do remember that episode being really really funny to begin with, though. I wish Dexter would hit dvd one day. I mean in the US region. I think it was released elsewhere but I forget where now. Then maybe CN'll give it a marathon.

Cookie cookie cookie cookie!

Dexter! How many times have I told you not to throw the bird! XD

And the winner of the competition is Pizza Pilot, which got 3 votes. Harpy Gee got 2 votes, and Missing The Mark got nothing. And that's the end of the competition. Thanks for participating. The article is next week.
Before streaming services like Netflix dominating the family entertainment industry, we had family networks on cable television. Quite honestly, I'm very fascinated by their history and their programming on how much they evolved over the years.

But here's what I'm wondering: why do they failed?
Clearly, People seemed to forget that the late Chrtistine Cavanaugh who originally voiced Chuckie Finster on Rugrats, retired from Voice Acting in like 2001, and Nancy Cartwright took over the role since then.
