No, the promos online for the new Thomas & Friends saids it's coming to Nickelodeon on September 7th not the Nick Jr. channel.

EDIT: The Teen Nick website also lists these airings. Seems weird though, airing first on Teen Nick and at 10pm?

EDIT 2: The description for the Kenan/Kel episode says it is a, "competitive one-hour special", yet is currently listed as 10:30pm-11pm, seems to be a work-in-progress. Time will tell, but hopefully we get more info soon.
