What are we thinking?

- Superman: Red Son (Winter 2020)
- Justice League: Darkseid War (Spring 2020)
- Batman: The Long Halloween - Part 1 (Summer 2020)
- Batman: The Long Halloween - Part 2 (Winter 2021)
I think it depends on a lot of factors.

Like, just because Red Son and Long Halloween kind of leaked together doesn't necessarily mean they'll be within the same year. Especially when the trend has usually been more in-continuity movies a year then Elseworlds, but that could shift like this year where there was three in-continuity films.

I think it's too early for a Darkseid War movie, but it depends what their plans are. I wouldn't rule out a surprise Titans movie or something like Suicide Squad.

I wonder if we might see them announce an Aquaman solo movie, but considering how long it took them to do a new Wonder Woman film, I don't think it's likely.

I also wonder if they might show off more of the Showcase Shorts.

Last spring the DC Super Hero Girls first look materials asked what happens when Barbara finds out that her ‘Gotham-Con bestie’ is ‘teen-fiend’ Harley Quinn. That seems like a very appropriately themed episode for the Comic-Con screening.

Anyone have any announcement predictions? Mine would be a possible "Justice League/JLU" reunion movie or, even better, a new season - this would steal the convention if you ask me. "Teen Titans" season 6 would also be great, since it seems many want it. If Warner Archive announces a blu ray release for "The Batman" or "Legion Of Superheroes", I'd personally be thrilled. It does appear that "Batman Beyond" will be getting an HD release, which is incredibly exciting! Curious as to what everyone else thinks....

At most I expect the next Animated Feature slate and maybe a reveal of new DC Universe cartoons, but I think the former is more likely then the latter.

I'm not sure if we're at the point where an original HBOMax DC cartoon would be announced.

Saw the Descendants short Audrey's Royal Return. I will not miss this franchise. That was a disaster.
I'd tell Pumpkin Spice to go back where he came from but I'm not sure he'd still fit in the bottom of an outhouse.

So now entire three and a half minute long music videos count as ads?? No thanks, YouTube.

I really like your avatar. Violet Evergarden ranks pretty high on my list of favorite animes from last year, alongside Devilman Crybaby and Megalo Box.
