Have you ever noticed a time when many people assumed Voice Actor A played a character somewhere sometime, only for a source to confirm it was Voice Actor B all along? Or that someone supposedly voiced a character, only for that to be eventually falsified?

A good example of the latter is Dave Coulier supposedly substituting* for Lorenzo Music as the title character on Garfield and Friends. It was in 2010 that GAF voice director Mark Evanier shot that supposition down.

*An assumption likely made due to the fact that both Music and Coulier played Peter Venkmen in The Real Ghostbusters. Not to mention Bill Murray as both in the respective live action movies.
