NY & LA Museums Celebrate Cartoon Network's 9 3/4 Birthday!

Since Tuesday, June 14, 2002, <b><a href="http://www.mtr.org/">The Museum of Television & Radio</a></b> has showcased <b><i>CARTOON POWER!!</b></i> -- a summer-long event in celebration of <b>Cartoon Network's
"9 3/4 Birthday"</b>. This exclusive MTR <a href="http://www.mtr.org/exhibit/exhibit.htm">exhibit</a> "will honor Cartoon Network's contributions to animation with a screening series highlighting its broad range of original programming."

The exhibit lasts through September 15, 2002 and will be featured at both MTR locations: in Los Angeles on North Beverly Drive (in Beverly Hills); and in New York City on West 52 Street.

Scheduled events for the <b>Los Angeles</b> exhibit include screenings of:

<li>Friends & Foes -- featuring: <b>Ed, Edd & Eddy</b>, <b>Johnny Bravo</b>, <b>Grim & Evil</b>, <b>Time Squad</b>, and selected cartoon shorts. (August 14-25)
<li>Action Heroes - featuring: <b>The Powerpuff Girls</b>, <b>Samurai Jack</b>, and selected shorts (August 28 - September 8)
<li><b>Samurai Jack</b> and <b>Justice League</b> (August 29; September 5)
<li><b>Adult Swim</b> (August 8, 15, 22)
<li><b>Space Ghost: Coast to Coast</b> -- a THIRTY-SIX HOUR MARATHON!!! (September 11-15)

so, with primal screen going down, I wonder how that affected Cartoon Network since they using that studio to do the bumpers for years now, are they going to start working with the animation studio who did the bumpers for adult swim now
It is now officially 20 years since I joined here.
I have to lay low for awhile. I need to take a break from this for right now, but I'll be back soon.
