Mostly because of CG chipmunks and their squeaky voices. They sound awful

Finally, a break from Spongebob. I liked the first Kung Fo Panda film, haven’t seen the second film but a friend of mine said it was pretty good.

Kung-Fu Panda 1 and 2 are my picks, Never watched Smurfs. Both of Alvin’s films are terrible.

Michael Cataldo is actually referring to which 2 Alvin and the Chipmunks movies @ATSFGuy is referring to, though he didn't explain which 2 movies he's referring to. Three of Alvin and Chipmunks movies were airing on Nicktoons network.

The first and Second Alvin films. First one came out in 2007, then 2009, and the third one in 2011. All are unwatchable.

You forgot the fourth one; Alvin and The Chipmunks: The Road Trip which came out in 2015.

It's been a full month and I'm already bored of Nicktoons schedule. It's getting to the point where I'm watching Boomerang more than Nicktoons in the past couple months.

Starting August 3, The Thundermans will air on weekdays from 7-9AM, replacing SpongeBob. SpongeBob will still air from 9-11AM.

I see two scenarios;
1. Nicktoons switches to a completely different format or
2. Viacom grows tired of all the repetition and decides to erase Nicktoons permanently, leaving just Nick, TeenNick and Nick Jr.

But if Nicktoons were to disappear from the airwaves and not return, would any of you miss it?

I'd miss the potential. How the network used to be from 2002 to ~2010. How they somehow decided not during it into a full time NickRewind wasn't a good idea.

In 2010 or 2011, I came across a YouTube video titled “Nicktoons Network Rant”. Near the middle of the video the guy said, “I don’t mean to be rude, but you definitely deferred away from what the channel was originally intended to do years ago.” He was right, Around 2005-2006 ish the channel started to remove some of the classic cartoons and started showing the new cartoons.

Wed Aug 5:
10AM half hour was The Casagrandes
Tooth Fairy movie ended at 1:15PM, not 1PM, also Tooth Fairy ended at 9:15PM, not 9PM
1:15PM was The Adventures of Kid Danger
9:15PM was 11 min of The Loud House

Though this isn't the first time it's happened, it looks like Nicktoons really IS done with Power Rangers and, at this rate, they might as well not air it anymore. Hasbro may have to find somewhere else to put the show once their contract with these networks expires next year

Good, I didn’t care for PR as a kid nor did it belong on Nick in the first place. Since Nick IS all done with PR, I’ll have it moved to the deadline track. (aka dead storage)
